At The Top 1% Career Club, led by Matiur Rahman, we are committed to delivering exceptional value through our workshops, coaching, and digital programs. We want every participant to feel confident and satisfied with their investment.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of our services — digital/virtual workshops with instant access — refunds are generally limited. However, we offer a 7-Day Full Refund Policy on our live workshops/events (e.g., Top 1% Career Strategy Workshop), calculated from the date of purchase.

  • Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase will be fully honored.
  • Any request made after 7 days from purchase will not be eligible.

Memberships, Subscriptions & Upgrades

  • Community Access & Membership Programs (e.g., private groups, leadership memberships, councils) are non-refundable once purchased, since participants immediately receive access to exclusive content and community interactions.
  • Upgrades and Higher-Level Programs (including coaching packages or subscriptions) are based on prior experience of our workshops and services. By the time you purchase an upgrade, you are already familiar with the quality of our offerings. Therefore, refunds are not available on these purchases.

How to Request a Refund

If you are not satisfied with an eligible product (such as the Top 1% Career Strategy Workshop), simply contact us within 7 days of your purchase:
